What it needs
The Model:Samples wants 16 bit mono WAV at 48 kHz. Elektron Transfer converts anything else on the way in, so the question is whether you want to choose the conversion or have it chosen.
The mono constraint is the same one the Digitakt has. Sample slots are mono, and a stereo file gets reduced to fit whether or not that suits the material.

Getting the files there
Samples move over USB with Elektron Transfer, the same application the Digitakt uses. There is no card slot on this machine either.

Doing it in Sample Miner
Export Options has a Hardware target dropdown. Selecting Model:Samples sets WAV at 48 kHz and 16 bit, downmixes to mono and clears the sampler format.
The downmix happens on the exported copy. Your library keeps whatever it had.
The limits
Six tracks and a fixed structure make this a machine you load deliberately. A large export folder is not useful here in the way it might be for a software sampler, so the selection matters more than the throughput.
There is no key mapping, so chromatic instruments do not survive as instruments. What travels is the audio.
